If you own a paint horse or pinto horse, BWPHA is PAC and OCAP program approved. Forms for Paints, POA's for the POAC Register of Merit Program, and also for Palominos, for the Palomino Performance Program, are on the "Forms Page". Contact any board member to have them signed. You have 30 days from the show date to submit them.
