Entry CARDS
6 entry cards set up on one 8 1/2 x 11 form in Word. If you print cards, they MUST BE PRINTED ON 90 lb or higher card stock, or they will not be accepted at the entry booth. (Cards must be stored for a period of time, therefore must be durable enough to last.) White for single judged shows, and WHITE AND BLUE for double-judged shows. Card stock is available at office supply stores and stores such as WalMart.
